Warranty and Refund Policy

At Skid Tracks Depot, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a hassle-free return process.  It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the track size and pattern before placing an order.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

• Rubber Tracks – Covered by a 1-year, 1,000-hour manufacturer’s warranty.
• Undercarriage Parts – Covered by a 1-year, 1,200-hour manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Defective Returns

If you need to return an item that is not defective, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused and uninstalled.
• Customer is responsible for the freight charges to return the track.
• All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
